Feeling stressed?
Take a break before you have a breakdown. If you need help, ask for it. If you have to say "no" to unnecessary demands --- find your voice and speak up! Get off your merry-go-round. The world won’t come to an end just because you take some time off to reflect and rejuvenate. Recharge your battery. Refuel your tank. Take a power nap. Close the door. Close your eyes. Open your heart. Relax your mind. Open your hands and let go….aahhhhh Sit, meditate, practice deep breathing, pray and shake off the stress. Surround yourself with what you love; family, friends, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, music, etc. Protect your health. Vitamin C, B-complex and calicum are great for strengthening your health when you're under stress. Remain open to solutions, sustain your faith and accept unpleasant circumstances without shutting down and stressing out. Please do not fool yourself to think you can protect yourself from pain, stress and suffering. Remembering that everyone around you suffers in some way and that you’re not alone will help you to have compassion for others and for yourself. Instead of beating yourself up … start where you are right now…today…to commit to a higher way of thinking and responding instead of reacting to change and pain.
