Feeling impatient? þ Are you rushing and trying to do too much? Plan your time better. Don't make your emergency... someone else's emergency because of your poor planning. þ Do you have false and realistic expectations about achieving a goal? Are you flexible? People and circumstances change. Nothing in life is guaranteed. Enjoy the process of working towards your goal. Frustration happens when you think your life is out of control or you wish you could control others. It happens when you believe people or progress in your life are not moving along according to your script. Everyone does not work and perform at the same pace, same work ethnic or same level of skill...so plan accordingly to reduce your stress. þ You can gain strength from periods of solitude and reflection. If you are serving and helping others....do something for you, without guilt. This will reduce the chances of you feeling so impatient and frazzled. You can't control people or circumstances but you can learn to observe your reactions and balance what and who gets your time, joy and power.
