Take a deep breath

 


Take a break before you have a breakdown.  Get off your merry-go-round.  The world won’t come to an end just because you take some time off to reflect and rejuvenate.  Recharge your battery.  Refuel your tank.  Take a power nap.  Close the door.  Close your eyes.  Open your heart.

Relax your mind.  Open your hands and let go….aahhhhh
