You may not understand why and what is happening right now in your life. God says, "All things work together for good to them that love God." (Romans 8:28) You may feel ashamed and rejected. God says. "Whoever comes to me, I will in no way cast out’ (John 6:37). Are you overwhelmed with grief, depression and the demands of every day living? "Weeping may endure for a night joy comes in the morning." (Psalms 30:5)
Not quite sure what to do? Have you been asking everyone for help to no avail? "Call unto me, I will answer and show you great and mighty things." (Jeremiah 33:3)
You may feel you have no gifts or talents. You may look around and see others prospering and ask what are your gifts. God says, "You have been blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm." (Ephesians 1:3) Are you feeling weak and afraid to face your bills or those who come against you with intimidation, disrespect and confusion? "You are more than a conqueror." (Romans 8:37)
Join us in praying for peace and love in this world. Men, women and children are hurting, hungry, homeless, discouraged, abused and dying.
Don't allow setbacks or the enemy to lie, confuse, trick or discourage you. Whenever I feel discouraged, an old gospel sung by James Cleveland always inspires me.
