" I'll always be there for you.
You don't have to worry 'cause I'll always come through.
Don't throw in the towel. It's not time to quit.
Keep smiling through your tears. I'm not through with you yet.
I'll always be there for you, you know I'll come through."

~ Gospel Praise Worshipper and Lyricist Lamar Campbell

At God's footstool,  I am came to confess,

a defeated soul kneeling and bowing my head.

"I failed." I said.

The Master said,

"Because you did your best ... that is success."

" No one may know what you are going through right now.  No one may know how many times you continued to get up even when you didn't have the strength. No one may know how many times you said "no" to the enemy of temptation, suicide or addiction. Maybe no one heard you speak up to your bill collector or when you were disrespected by a family member, friend or co-worker.

No one may know how many times you have prayed for help just for the hour. So often your bravest faith-walking times will happen without a witness.

You will experience private moments of victory without applause, points, a hug or a pat on the back.  But God sees you and hears you. You are growing everyday in courage, action and faith.   Acknowledge your progress and walk through your valley of fear confident with the whole armor of God, the belt of truth, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit." ~ Jewel Diamond Taylor

The following beautiful song is a reminder...
" When you walk through a storm
 Keep your chin up high
And don't be afraid of the dark.
At the end of the storm is a golden sky
and the sweet silver song of a lark.

Walk on through the wind,
Walk on through the rain,
Tho' your dreams be tossed and blown, walk on,
walk on with hope in your heart
and you'll never walk alone,
you'll never walk alone."

" If you are in harmony with yourself, you can meet a lion without fear.
He respects anyone with self-confidence." ~ Nelson Mandela
