Your "Less Than 5 Minutes" WorkOut Time

This is your time to workout.  Take less than 5 minutes to move those arms and legs while enjoying the workout music.

One....  two...three...that's right....don't stop....breathe...one...two...three   Stretch   Move  Burn some calories.

One of the reasons aerobic exercise is good for you is that it increases your heart rate and forces your lungs to take in more oxygen while expelling more carbon dioxide. This gives your heart muscle a good workout which pumps a quick jolt of oxygen through your cells.   Read article about reducing stress and depression.

Lift those arms.       Lift those legs.        Come on.      Get up and move your body.

          

If you're in your office, just lift your arms, swing your arms, lift your legs.

 Learn how to do some chair exercises to avoid that midday slump.

Now don't you feel better?  You opened up your lungs.  You burned some calories.   And you're losing the weight.
